The Women’s Chef Exchange, NFP is a global initiative committed to advancing sustainable food sourcing and inspiring culinary creativity through international collaboration. The organization designs and implements programs that connect women in culinary and agricultural communities across the United States and around the world, primarily chefs and farmers/ranchers. By fostering cross-cultural collaboration and knowledge sharing, the initiative aims to empower women as leaders in sustainable food sourcing, local food systems and culinary inspirations using local ingredients.
