The Exchange

Launching in October 2026 in Italy, The Exchange is the flagship program at the heart of Women’s Chef Exchange.

The Exchange is a dynamic, two-way experience in which emerging chefs from two partner countries participate in a reciprocal program focused on hands-on, immersive learning. Chefs explore new cultures, classical cuisines, heritage ingredients, sustainability practices, and successful initiatives in food safety and regenerative farming.

The Exchange creates opportunities to educate, empower, and elevate the next generation of women chefs around the world while helping build a healthier, more sustainable food system for the future.
